18th Century Spoon Bread Mix
from Byrd Mill of Virginia

Spoon Bread was a traditional food served by the 18th Century family. It is a delightful dish which has the consistency of bread pudding and has a rich corn flavor. We use only these fine ingredients: Old Fashioned white cornmeal, natural unbleached flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
